V.I.L.E. was originally a group of villains banded together to defeat the super-team P.O.I.N.T. Unfortunately, most of the original members were killed in an explosion during their final battle with P.O.I.N.T. and the group was inactive for almost 6-11 years. It was later reformed by Master Plan with the children of several of the original members taking there parents place

Dr. Venus- Daughter of Aphrodite, mind controls men with love gas
